Elden Ring is perhaps the biggest release of the year, with countless accolades for its award-winning gameplay, interactive open world, and brutal bosses. On the other hand, many fans are admiring Elden Ring‘s lore and an immersive story that features hundreds of intriguing characters with captivating backstories.

Bosses like Maleni have become household names in the gaming world, as evidenced by the numerous fan art dedicated to them. A fan recently made a near replica Malenia’s Helm from Elden Ring, her protective headgear. Meanwhile, others are trying to experiment and try and error to find weapons or spells that can easily defeat Malenia. Sometimes fans have luck trying to find the best cheese method for Malenia, like Reddit user Chegs978.

Chegs978 posted a video on Reddit showing their encounter with Malenia during the second phase of her fight, where she becomes even more aggressive. She then transforms into Malenia, the Goddess of Rot, and restores all her HP. The opening parts of the video show her and the user with almost a full health bar, after which things take a dramatic turn. Chegs978 consumes a bottle of wondrous physics and bombards Malenia with a rare madness-based attack called Unbearable Madness. Amazingly, this attack deals incredible amounts of damage to Malenia, in the thousands of DPS.

After a few successful hits, Malenia begins to stagger, but quickly recovers, her health bar quickly depleting from incoming attacks. She jumps into the air trying to get back up but fails as her HP bar is depleted before she can hit the player. The video is ironically titled “Comet Azure Which?” probably trying to disparage Comet Azur. Comet Azur is an Elden Ring witchcraft which was a controversial topic of conversation Elden Ring Gamers have resurfaced many videos where it helps to cheat several terrifying bosses.

The original poster clearly believes that Unendurable Frenzy is a better option than Comet Azur, as the post title suggests. Moreover, the comment section suggests many others Elden Ring players agree with them after comparing the required stats of both attacks. Comet Azur requires a whopping 60 Intelligence, indicating that it is only suitable for players who have invested heavily in Intelligence. Meanwhile, while Unendurable Frenzy also has a high faith of 31, it is far lower than Comet Azur.

Elden Ring is out now for PC, PS4, PS5, Xbox One and Xbox Series X/S.
